 Futurity by 6 1/2 lengths making her the 3rd stakes winner by Bright Launch out of her dam.  She is a full sister
    
 to SW LAUNCH LIGHT, '07  and SW LAUNCH LIGHT GIRL, '06 who both won stakes in the same week in August
    
 of 2009.  That's 3 stakes winners from 3 foals out of Velva for Owner/Breeder William "Duke" Hobbs.  Can't get
     any better than that!

 LEROY'S DYNAMEAUX  wins graded stakes debut in WILL ROGERS S. (G3) with a 5+ Ragozin number

    LEROY'S DYNAMEAUX
is the first graded stakes winner for his sire LEROIDESANIMAUX and also his owner,
    
Ellenay Racing.  He was born and raised on Hurstland Farm and is out of Dyna Peak by Dynaformer, half to
    
DYNA DA WYNA (G3, $365,740), New Joysey Jeff (G2, $85,546).  LEROY'S DYNAMEAUX won his career
    debut on March 26th at Santa Anita Park and followed with a runner-up finish on the same course on April     
   15th before testing stakes company in
Alcatraz Stakes at Golden Gate finishing in 3rd place. He has
    two wins, one place and one show from 4 starts all on the turf with earnings of $102,800.  Congratulations to
    Owner/Breeder Ellenay Racing (Alan & Lee), Trainer Mark Glatt and Jockey Joel Rosario.  We are looking for

2 y.o. Tropical Storm Breaks Maiden in 1st Start

  
Toro Grande '08 c. by Tropical Storm - Lake Como by Salt Lake broke his maiden in his first start at
  Churchill Downs by 5 1/4 lengths on the dirt.  Good Luck and Congrats to Owner/Breeder Roger Braugh, Jr.,
  Trainer Chuck Peery and Jockey Shaun Bridgmohan.  We are looking for alot more out of "The Great Bull"!

    RAZORBACK H. (G3), Oaklawn Park, 1 1/16 Miles, 4YOs & Up  UPDATE

    RAZORBACK H. winner, WIN WILLY, disqualified which elevates Hurstland Farm bred SPOTSGONE, '03 by
    Bright Launch out of Double's Lass by Mr. Leader, who finished second in the race, to winner of the
    RAZORBACK H. (G3). Good news for his owner, Robert Yagos and trainer, William Fires.

Sugar Storm '07 g. by Tropical Storm - Sugar Hills Miss by Mt. Livermore won for the 2nd time in less
  than a month a 6 f.  allowance race at Canterbury Park,  this time winning by 3 lengths in 1:10:90.
  Congratulations to Owner/Breeder Curtis A. Sampsom, Trainer Bernell Rhone and Jockey Dean Butler for a job
  well done.

    Bango '06 c. by Tropical Storm - Locomotive Springs by Real Quiet broke his maiden by 8 1/2 lengths at

    Another Stakes Horse for Bright Launch

    SPOTSGONE, 03 h. by Bright Launch out of Double's Lass by Mr. Leader was 3rd in the one mile G3 Ack
    Ack H. on the dirt at Churchill Downs on 11/6/09.  Spotsgone was bred in Kentucky by Hurstland Farm, is
    owned by Robert Yagos, trained by William Fires and ridden by Jon Court.  Congratulations to all connections!

    Tropical Storm New to Hurstland Farm in 2010

    Tropical Storm, ¾ brother to Hennessy,  by Storm Cat out of Pearl City,  GI winning daughter of Carson City,
    will stand stud in 2010 at Hurstland Farm.  

    Tropical Storm, a leading second crop sire, has both two and three year old winners from his first two crops
    and has produced on average over 50% winners from starters. Among those winners is two-year old, Little Bud
    Bud,  who set a new track record at Golden Gate Fields for 2 furlongs in 21.50.

    Tropical Storm's stud fee for 2010 is $3,500.00 due when the foal stands and nurses.

    CITRUS KID, '07 colt by Lemon Drop Kid -- Orange Ice by Ginistrelli won the Dover Stakes at Delaware Park
    impressively by 5 lengths for owners Team Stallion Racing, John L. Moirano, Harold Lerner & David B. Cassidy
    and trainer Gary Contessa.  This colt was bred by Hurstland Farm, Inc. & W. S. Farish.  Congratulations to all!
